Welcome! Wells
Street Consulting Blog Managing
Office Relationships: Up, Down, and Across Wells Street
Consulting Group was founded in 1990 with the mission to: "Always leave you
better than we found you." Surprisingly, we are not kidding. We know
no cynical three-year-olds. Cynicism is chronic disappointment created and carefully
nurtured by organizations (and consultants) who promise and renege, who build
hopes and dash them, who promote the "initiative du jour." Our
aim is to assist in the development of balanced, fully functioning individuals
who can create successful organizations. We do what we say we will do.
We are honest about what we can't do and about what we don't believe is prudent.
We work with people who are serious about accomplishing
their objectives and where we can: - Make
a unique contribution
- Tell the truth
- Have fun
We are intentionally small. Our collective experience allows us to offer
"big company" expertise without the overhead or bureaucracy.
Now, more than ever, time is of the essence. We are very careful to do only what
is necessary. We do not have a standard approach. We come to each client with
lots of experience and an open mind. This translates into targeted and cost-effective
solutions for our clients. We make it fun to work with
us. We believe that much in life is taken too seriously and that collective fun
builds mutual trust and enhances productivity. Wells
Street has worked at all levels with organizations in every industry
from heavy equipment to advertising, from furniture to pharmaceuticals. With a
deep collective experience base, we've seen a lot, made good things happen and
worked with some wonderful clients. Call us today
